As the Support Coordination Team Leader you will be:

  • Overseeing the delivery of support of all current and potential Support Coordination clients with Inebura
  • Leading and empowering a team of diverse and skilled Support Coordinators
  • Establishing a respectful and collaborative working relationship with participants and their family/support network that encourages and promotes choice, control and inclusion
  • Ensuring client enquiries are addressed and suitable outcomes are provided in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and monitoring of changing NDIS legislation and operational requirements, including changes in NDIS price guide and/or policy
  • Developing, enhancing, and creating new relationships with external stakeholders to promote and grow Inebura services in the community
  • Build strong relationships with NDIS representatives for assistance with guidance and support direction

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading a team
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Full Australian Driving licence and access to Car (essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including a high standard of report writing
