As the Support Coordination Team Leader you will be:
- Overseeing the delivery of support of all current and potential Support Coordination clients with Inebura
- Leading and empowering a team of diverse and skilled Support Coordinators
- Establishing a respectful and collaborative working relationship with participants and their family/support network that encourages and promotes choice, control and inclusion
- Ensuring client enquiries are addressed and suitable outcomes are provided in a timely manner
- Reviewing and monitoring of changing NDIS legislation and operational requirements, including changes in NDIS price guide and/or policy
- Developing, enhancing, and creating new relationships with external stakeholders to promote and grow Inebura services in the community
- Build strong relationships with NDIS representatives for assistance with guidance and support direction
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading a team
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Full Australian Driving licence and access to Car (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including a high standard of report writing
