How Inebura can help you achieve your goals

We’re very excited to launch Inebura, an NDIS specialist in Plan Management and Support Coordination. Although our brand is new, we’ve been working in the NDIS for many years. We’re a newly launched division of Afea Care Services which has been trusted by thousands of Australian families since 2008.

What is Inebura and how is it different from Afea?

Afea Care Services is a leading care provider in the disability sector. Last year we launched Supported Independent Living, Plan Management and Support Coordination to provide new ways of empowering our clients.

We decided the best way to serve our clients was to divide our services into two specialist areas, Afea Care Services and Inebura, each with their own leadership teams and internal systems.

Afea Care Services focuses on delivering Core Supports and Supported Independent Living.

Inebura focuses on Plan Management and Support Coordination.

How is Inebura different?

There are a few reasons why Inebura is different from other Plan Management and Support Coordination providers

We know the industry

Our Support Coordinators and Plan Managers have worked across the Afea and Inebura brands. We know the NDIS and we know the disability care sector. It means that our Plan Managers aren’t just accountants and bookkeepers, they’re also very knowledgeable about the NDIS. Part of their job is to make sure every invoice received is compliant with the NDIS Price Guide so you aren’t overcharged and to monitor your budget so you can use it more wisely.

You have continuity of care

When you sign up with Inebura, we provide you with your own Plan Coordinator or Support Coordinator. This person gets to know you, your goals and the way you like to communicate. Having a single point of contact means you can build trust and be assured that they’re doing their best for you.

We have cutting edge technology

The Inebura payment portal is specially designed for NDIS Plan Management and allows you to quickly and reliably claim funds from the NDIS. The portal allows you to check spending in real-time and pay providers easily.
